Own the Polsia-style workspace and the cycle runner end-to-end. You ship the UI surfaces and the orchestration that drives them.
- Strong Next.js + TypeScript + Postgres
- Have shipped a product the team uses daily
- Comfortable with database design and RLS
Founding AI runtime engineer
Remote · UK / EU / NA
Own the agent runtime: tool wiring, sandbox lifecycle, memory layers, retrieval, Verifier path. The work that turns chat into receipts.
- Production experience with the Vercel AI SDK / Anthropic / OpenAI APIs
- Bonus: Pipedream Connect / E2B sandbox / pgvector retrieval
- Care about cost discipline as much as latency
Founding growth engineer
Remote · UK / EU / NA
Own the marketing sub-system: SEO via outserp, viral content via reelgrow, newsletters via hanbai, A/B at the edge, the Overnight Report.
- Have shipped a growth surface that moved a number
- Comfortable with edge middleware, Bayesian stats, and CRO craft
- Bonus: shipped to Cloudflare Workers or Vercel Edge
Founding designer
Remote · UK / EU / NA
Own the design system, marketing surfaces, and the workspace shell. We optimise for clarity, not decoration.
- Care about typography, density, and editorial restraint
- Have shipped a product surface end-to-end (Figma + code)
- Bonus: copy chops — our marketing tone is half the design
