Manifesto
Building a startup is mostly grunt-work in disguise. Market research decks no one reads. Cold emails sent at 11pm. Landing pages tweaked on a Sunday. Twitter drafts second-guessed for an hour. A pricing doc rewritten four times before launch. Founder-mode burnout from doing eighteen jobs poorly.
We think a different shape is possible. Not "AI replaces the founder" — that's just expensive cosplay. The founder still decides the bet, the brand voice, the values. But the seventy hours a week of plumbing? Outreach, dashboards, content calendars, finance projections, viral-content research, persona testing, status updates? An AI co-founder can carry that, with receipts.
The two things AI co-founder products keep getting wrong are trust and discipline. They charge for work that didn't ship. They pivot the brief without asking. They post to your social channels overnight. They hold your data hostage. They ship before they validate.
Kigya is built around the opposite of each of those:
- Validate first. GREEN gate before going Live.
- Verifier agents gate every task completion.
- Auto-refund anything that fails.
- Approvals for anything external — by default off, never overridden.
- One-click export. Always. Forever.
And we let the founder do the thing that matters most — pick the bet, judge the work, talk to customers. The product, in other words. Everything else, we'll handle.
You build the product. We do the hard stuff.
