The deal
You give us money. We run an AI co-founder for you. The co-founder does what you queue or what your active cycle decides to do within its approved scopes. We give you receipts.
Refunds
Failed tasks (where the Verifier agent does not pass) auto-refund within an hour. If you're not happy with the platform in your first 30 days, email us — we'll refund the subscription, no questions.
Ownership
You own everything kigya produces on your behalf — docs, code, designs, copy, anything else. We do not claim rights to your IP. Export everything anytime; if you delete, we honour that within 7 days.
What you agree not to do
- No spam, no fraud, no abuse.
- No scraping competitor data without consent.
- No bypassing approvals to send external comms you don't have authority to send.
- No reverse-engineering the API keys of other tenants.
Liability
We do our best. AI agents are imperfect. We cap our liability to the last 12 months of subscription fees you paid us. You take responsibility for any approvals you grant.
Plan changes
We may change pricing or features with 30 days notice. You can cancel anytime — your data is yours and exportable.
