Do you take a cut of my revenue?
No. We're subscription-only. Polsia charges 20% — we don't. (We read your Stripe so the Finance agent can plan; we don't take a fee.)
What happens to my data if I leave?
You hit Export Everything in Settings and walk away with a ZIP containing every doc, chat message, audit row, and agent decision. Nothing held hostage.
What if a task fails?
Auto-refunded within an hour. The Verifier agent gates completion on evidence — if a task didn't actually ship what it claimed, your spend on it is refunded automatically.
Can I bring my own LLM keys?
Yes, on Scale and Enterprise. We support OpenRouter, the Claude Agent SDK, Codex, Cursor, and a Paperclip-compat heartbeat for self-hosted Paperclip orgs.
